Digital codes
Codes that allow you to download any type of content, known as digital
products, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
There are no cash or balance refunds on codes that enable the user to
digitally download any content on third-party platform.
Digital codes are not reloadable or reusable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations or refunds are not accepted.
Brands and/or service providers of digital codes are not responsible for their loss or theft.
Digital codes can only be used on the selected platform.

Shipping and delivery information.
Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mexico City time; on
weekends and non-business days, delivery will be made the next
business day.
Shipping and delivery method: Digital codes will be delivered via email to the
address entered in the user registration, with the information and
process for exchanging or redeeming the service or product.
Extended Delivery Times: Due to various factors (peak periods, inventory

discretion) delivery may take up to 72 business hours.
